On 22 November (2024) I will release an album with music I have written. It will be available for streaming on Spotify/Apple Music/YouTube etc.
There are 13 tracks and a total of 58 minutes of music for piano and keyboards that I have made.
The disc has been named ”Music my neighbors can hear when they do the laundry”.
In April 2024 i published a single called (in Hebrew) Pgioot Kollektivit (Collective Vulnerability).
I composed it from lyrics by Smadar Sharett and the singing is preformed by Naomi Runa.
It can by found in many platforms such as:
Apple Music and Shazam
Spotify
YouTube Music
More music will put in here. Still working on this section.
My first language is music.
Both my parents and my grandparents from both sides were musicians. It was inevitable that I would play an instrument.
Most of the music I published is music for film. In fact my way into film was through music.
I find music and film to be similar in many ways.
Rhythm, transitions, pauses… Many of the ingredients are the same.
Working with both image, sound and music have given me a great pleasure, maximizing the experience and of course, control 🙂
Apart from music for film I create music in different ways and mostly for no purpose at all, except of my own enjoyment.
When I left my main instrument, the French Horn, to travel the world, I carried a guitar with me though I couldn’t play much.
I earned my living by playing and singing in the streets of Europe, making my own versions of songs I could manage.
My first job in Sweden was actually as a pianist in a lunch place in Karlstad. I learned to play the piano by myself and played keyboard in a wedding band during my military service. I found it easy to guess my way to harmonies and eventually discovered that I could write music.
I have no idea in what genre I should define myself.
Singer-song writer, classic/jazz/rock … When it come to film I make the music that the films needs.
It can be electronic experimental beat or a mandolin with an accordion.
